Lawyer graduated from the University of La Sabana, with academic training at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and specialist in International Business Law from the University of the Andes.

He is recognized for his ability to manage complex legal matters with a strategic and business-focused approach, as well as for his commitment to excellence, ethics, and creativity. His track record reflects a sustained dedication to creating legal solutions that generate value and trust.

She has 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, distinguished by her leadership in legal and compliance areas within the energy industry. For 18 years, she was part of the Ecopetrol Group, holding senior management positions at Ecopetrol SA and Hocol SA, where she served as Legal Manager and Compliance Officer.

In 2018, he was recognized by Legal 500 as one of the top legal managers (Energy and Utilities). Under his leadership, in 2019 Legal 500 recognized the Hocol SA legal team (Colombia Teams 2019). Throughout his career, he has led numerous high-impact legal strategies and corporate transactions within the energy sector in Colombia.

Among the most relevant milestones of his management and experience are: the legal structuring for the acquisition of offshore assets; the merger and acquisition of companies in the energy sector; the legal management of strategic transactions for the construction of gas and LPG infrastructure; and the design of corporate governance models, among others.
